Welcome!
We are applying molecular biology and synthetic biology tools to better detect and control agricultural insect pests.
Our projects include the development of a CRISPR-based pest and pathogen identification field kit, yeast-based sustainable production of insect pheromones for monitoring and trapping, genome editing of natural predators and pests, and insect behavior analysis by computer vision.
