I think insects are cool!
They come in a variety of shapes, colors, and sizes. We meet insects daily, and many of them have a major influence on our health and food. My toolbox contains a hands-on attitude, experience in micromanipulation techniques, and CRISPR gene editing. I intend to apply synthetic-biology methods and practical entomology for better solutions for bio-pest control and pest management.
